Last night we saw the movie “Searching”. In it, a father relentlessly searches for his missing daughter. His unrelenting pursuit of the truth is what ultimately saved his daughter’s life. If he had delayed or pursued the truth with any less ferocity, he would never have seen his daughter again. This is how we ought to pursue our relationship with the Lord. Time is short. When Jesus comes again, the door will be closed to those who do not know him. Make use of the time you have now to develop a deep and loving relationship with him today. It’s worth the effort.
